Built
in the 1940's by a maltese family from the town of Floriana on
the east coast of Malta.
The owners Jan and John have owned this
building for 20 years and have seen many changes. Originally
four flats then enlarged to 8 flats and in the 80's changed to
24 guest rooms.
Now in 2006 everything is new again, in these
five very spacious boutique villas, they have retained the Mediterranean look
in the furnishings, added a swimming pool, BBQ courtyard and
a garage for each villa.
Floriana Villas building is listed with the local council
as a "building of special heritage interest".
This has been their dream to see these luxury villas develop,
